Tri-County Technical College Foundation, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified CPA firms to provide annual audit and income tax preparation services.
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to support the educational, scientific, and charitable mission of Tri-County Technical College. The Foundation also has a wholly owned subsidiary, Tri-County Technical College Foundation, LLC, a real estate holding company.
Services Requested
- Annual audit of financial statements
- Annual income tax return preparation
- Audit committee and/or board presentations, as needed

The Foundation is seeking firms with experience serving nonprofit organizations and providing both audit and tax services.
Additional Information
Interested firms may request additional information, including prior financial statements, tax returns, or a site visit, through the Foundation’s Manager of Fiscal Affairs.
