In this course we will cover various aspects from beginning to end of working with attorneys in the capacity of an expert witness. We will discuss engagement letters, communication with attorneys in light of evidentiary rules, taking notes and writing reports for state and federal courts, creating a CV and giving testimony either on the witness stand or through depositions. Some areas will be covered more in depth than others based on the time frame for this course.
