Title: Senior Tax CPA (Path to Partnership)
We are a well-established, family-owned accounting firm in South Carolina looking for our future leader. We are not looking for a grinder to churn out returns forever; we are looking for an entrepreneurial CPA who wants to transition into an equity ownership role and eventually run the firm as the operating partner.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead: Manage client relationships and oversee tax planning strategy for our top-tier of business clients.
- Build: Play a pivotal role in our transition to more modern processes, including billing, software, client acquisition, and more.
- Own: Demonstrate the ability to run the day-to-day operations, with a defined vesting schedule for equity ownership beginning after [12] months of successful tenure.
Who You Are:
- CPA License active (or eligible for reciprocity in SC).
- 3-5+ years in public accounting (Tax focus).
- You are tired of the “Big Firm” grind and want autonomy, impact, and a clear path to owning a piece of the business with an already established firm.
