Career Opportunity – Head of Accounting Operation

We’re hiring a Head of Accounting Operations to lead our day-to-day accounting functions in Anderson or Greenville, SC. This full-time, on-site role reports directly to the CFO and oversees a team of five, including offshore staff and a charter school accountant. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and compliance with GAAP. The ideal candidate holds an active CPA license and has 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role, such as Controller. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Remote work on Fridays may be available after six months based on performance.
