SCACPA is proud to support the next generation of Certified Public Accountants. As part of that commitment, the SCACPA Educational Fund has awarded scholarships to exceptional accounting students across South Carolina.
For the 2025–26 academic year, the Educational Fund Trustees are pleased to announce that a total of $76,500 has been awarded to 41 outstanding Student Members from 11 colleges and universities across the state.
Scholarships totaling $1,500–$2,500 were awarded to undergraduate students in their junior or senior year who are majoring in accounting, as well as to those pursuing graduate degrees in the field.
This investment reflects SCACPA’s dedication to academic excellence and its strong commitment to strengthening the accounting profession in South Carolina.
To celebrate the scholarship recipients’ achievements and recognize the generosity of the donors, the SCACPA 2025 Student Recognition Luncheon will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, in conjunction with the Fall Fest Accounting Conference.
Thank you to the Educational Fund Trustees: Chair Clint Bates, James Barnes, Lesley Kelly, Meredith Lantz, Wendy Redmon, Elizabeth Westbury, and staff liaison Jacque Curtin.
